Jun, 11University: The Royal Botanical Gardens
Kew Gardens is one of those places that it is impossible not to enjoy. The only exception to this is the tree top walk, which usually leaves me feeling rather nauseous. Nevertheless its greenhouses are always joyously colourful and exciting. I chose Kew Gardens as my starting inspiration point as a sort of challenge to myself. As a recovering Goth, using colour in design work is still somewhat frightening territory. I wanted to force myself away from using black.
